Teacher Education Programs

The establishment of our school aims primarily to strengthen talent cultivation in the central region, enhance overseas Chinese education, balance regional development, and promote international academic exchanges. In addition to emphasizing fundamental academic research, we also place a strong emphasis on Southeast Asian regional studies and the cultivation of talents in the overseas Chinese community. Our center combines the school's founding philosophy with the current needs of educational reforms, forming the main objectives and characteristics of teacher training and development. Accordingly, the medium and long-term goals for teacher training and development in our department are as follows:

1. Continuously dedicate efforts to the cultivation of secondary school teachers.
2. Strengthen the development of professional knowledge and skills in teaching based on the 108 Curriculum Guidelines.
3. Emphasize the cultivation of Indigenous education teachers and enhance research on multicultural education.
4. Cultivate teachers for overseas Chinese education.
